- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service. Mid way through our wine tasting, the staff left to check out other customers without communicating to us that she was doing this. When she finally returned, she asked her colleague to service us because she was about to conduct a wine tour. Never did she speak to us directly.
