  Very poor customer service. I purchased a bottle of wine at a wine event Rancourt was involved with but upon getting my credit card statement I was charged the same transaction twice. I attended at the winery and explained my situation and was told the owner would call me and I provided them with a copy of my credit card statement. When no one returned my call after 3 weeks I left my name and phone number again and still no return call or acknowledgment of Rancourt's error. I attend several wineries every year & sign up for wine clubs where there is excellent customer service. I will spend my money where customers are appreciated in the future. Jody Richardson-Boom

  I visited with my family at the end of August on a bike tour of NOTL. This was my favorite stop along with my fiance. Rancourt had the best wine that we tasted all afternoon. Becca was an amazing hostess. The cheese pairings with the wine were fantastic. I definitely would recommend visiting Rancourt and hope to visit again next summer.
