  Stayed here years ago and it was fantastic. This visit was just for the restaurant. We tried Play this time (we did Liv last time), and it was very good. It's mostly just well prepared upscale pub fare, though I had a Moroccan/Indian fusion dish that was excellent. Prices are high, especially for the drinks. The service was great.

  Very impressed with the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel and amenities. As a vegan I was extremely impressed that their restaurants offered vegan options for breakfast and dinner. Right down to the coffee mix and dips for food. Will definitely be back again!

  Visiting the White Oaks has become a yearly tradition. Great service from the moment you walk in until you head back home. Their on-site restaurants are amazing. You can never go hungry. If you're vegan, you'll love the selection at Play Urban Cafe. The gym is fully equipped, and I mean fully. Oh the steam room is a must. The rooms are always clean and quite spacious. The hotel is across the street from a really nice outdoor outlet mall and about 15 minute drive to the main street in Niagara on the Lake (Queen Street). Don't forget the wineries, where some are only a 5 minute drive away. Great for a romantic or family getaway.
