Although, being an American and being told the guys in Red were there good guys and the guys in blue we're the bad guys was a bit jarring for a moment. :-) Musket demonstration was fun and interesting. You can walk all around and inside things. There a kitchen and they were giving away cookies cooked over an open fire. Delicious. How cool was that? There were guided tours. Staff were very pleasant, seemed eager to answer questions. Definitely worth the trip if in the Niagara area.By Joe Berninger, April 27, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We visited during a demonstration that was partly cancelled due to weather, we wee very fortunate to learn a lot about the history of the Fort and the war of 1812. This should definitely be on your list of places to stop if you are in the area.By Becky W, February 28, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great location for some history. Living history impressions all over the fort. You can climb all over the cannon in the bastions. Kids (mine are 6 and 4) have their own "adventure" type book to explore the fort. Great experience.By Adam Parry, November 25, 2016
